Layout
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, alongside the kitchenette/lounge and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed while Bedroom 2 has twin king singles. The kitchenette/lounge has a double sofa bed and opens out to the pool and private ground floor area with a large gas barbeque.
The first floor has another large bathroom and a larger lounge/dining area with access to the viewing decks through sliding doors. The decks overlook the pool and have seating areas that look out over the sea, the islands in the bay and the rolling hills of the Matakana countryside.
